Thomas is a former Marine with over combined 25 years of sales and customer care experience.
During his time in service, he learned the importance of getting the job done, and the commitment
and determination it takes to get the job done right.
After his service, Thomas earned an I.T. degree and worked through the dot-com bubble in the heart of
the telecom industry, culminating in a roll of lead instructor, teaching network installation and fiber splicing.
Following the downturn of the communication industry, he secured a position with the City of Elk Grove as a Plans Examiner and Residential/Commercial Building Inspector. This path enhanced his communication skills—learning the importance of listening and value in being able to translate the needs of all parties involved.
Facing another economic downturn in 2008, he pivoted towards the medical device industry. This led to
working with cutting-edge robotics in the operating room, requiring collaboration with doctors, hospital staff, and suppliers. During this time, Thomas fully realized the importance of honesty and organization, and it being tantamount to a successful partnership.
Most recently Tom served the electrical industry from Graybar, where he supplied material to electrical and
renewable energy projects. Now an Account Executive at Sepi, Tom has shifted to customer engagement earlier in the project life cycle, assisting customers with development, design, and project management.
