Job Description:

Engineering and operations management provides understanding of planning techniques and methods, organization and management of service provision, quality management, projects, resources, operations improvement, and operations strategies, as well as procurement, production, selling and distribution processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop operations systems by determining and enforcing policies and procedures; develop processes for resource utilization and project management.
• Work closely with Technical Leads, Project Managers, and Engineers to deliver a great experience to customers.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning and auditing
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control
• Analyze process workflow, employee requirements, and implement changes
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
• Analyze business requirements with technical solution costs to provide a winning scenario
• Leadership experiences as a technical lead, team lead or manager
• Work with VP and CEO to determine values and mission and plan for short and long-term goals
• Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
• Have five + years of DevOps engineering experience
• Strong interpersonal communication and diplomacy skills
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale

• Renewable Energy enthusiasm or experience
