Job Description

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us expand our customer base, increase project volume, and grow revenue. This role will be responsible for generating leads, pursuing new sales prospects (inbound and outbound), and closing opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acquire contact lists and lead databases in order to conduct outreach
  • Cold-call, network, engage through social media, use Salesforce.com, etc., to convert sales opportunities
  • Coordinate meetings as appropriate with technical sales and sales management team in order to close deals
  • Prepare and deliver brochures, sales materials, and presentations about company’s products/ services while also enforcing company requirements, expectations, and clarifying capabilities / scope
  • Track all sales activities in Salesforce
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, quality, project management, PE’s, etc.) to achieve best results and process improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Thorough understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for solar
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Superior communication skills both verbally and written with various corporate levels

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Time management skills
  • Knowledge of electrical design theory and concepts a plus
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial construction a plus

Work Location and Status:

  • Fremont, California
  • Full-Time Employment
